• You can find the right size using product size charts on each item page.

• Orders may be canceled if payment failed, address was wrong, or the item is out of stock.

• Voucher codes won’t work on sale items unless allowed.

• If you have trouble placing an order, check your details, clear cache/cookies, and try again — otherwise contact support.

• You get an order confirmation email after buying.

🚚 Track My Order & Delivery

• Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after purchase.

• Tracking info is sent by email. You can track by entering your order number + postcode or by logging into your G-Star account.

• If you’re not home, your order may go to a pickup point or be returned as undeliverable.

• Delivery cost is about £3.95, and free delivery is offered for orders over £40.

💳 Payment

• G-Star accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay.

• Digital invoices are sent by email once your order is fully shipped.

• Store gift cards can be converted into online vouchers by contacting customer service.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• All orders have a 60-day return policy.

• To return items, use the online return portal to get a return label or QR code.

• Return postage costs £6.95 (unless full-price items are included).

• Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within about 15 days after the return is received.
